- This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Campin Forteca website (hereinafter: the Website)

- In order to ensure the security of the entrusted personal data, ADO operates on the basis of internal procedures and recommendations, in accordance with the relevant legal acts in the field of personal data protection, and in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 EC.

– accept reservations using the online reservation system pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR,
– implement services provided by the Data Controller pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR. b GDPR,
– marketing, including sending commercial information to the e-mail address, if the Customer has given his/her consent, by checking the appropriate box in the booking process based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter a GDPR. Consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or sending such a notification to the e-mail address of ADO,
– realization of the legitimate interest of ADO in special cases based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter f GDPR, e.g. debt collection, - When visiting the Camping Forteca Service for the first time, the user is informed about the use of cookies.
